The film has witnessed an upward trend at the boxoffice from its release day and registered very good numbers on its third day, i.e., sunday. The film has now crossed the 20 Cr mark in its first 3 days.
While the movie directed by VI Anand on Hasya Movies and AK Entertainments collected 6.03 Cr on day one, it raked in 7.07 Cr on day two, and 7.20 Cr gross on day three. Overall, Ooru Peru Bhairavakona amassed Rs 20.30 Cr gross worldwide in three days.
Makers went for advanced premiers two days before the film's release and the film raked in Rs 1 Crore from its paid premiers. Furthermore Ooru Peru Bhairavakona has acquired positive talk from the premiers which helped the film to register good boxoffice numbers.
The movie which is entertaining audiences of all age groups will continue its successful run for a few more days as there is no notable release this week also. On the other hand, the film attained another feat. It has surpassed the quarter-a-million mark overseas. While OPBK is a profit maker in the USA, it is set to reach the safe zone in domestic areas very soon.
