Eagle Registers Good Numbers at BO

Mass Maharaja Ravi Teja's latest actioner, 'Eagle' is witnessing a steady run in theatres. Directed by Karthik Gattamneni, Eagle has been receiving mixed reviews from critics and audiences alike. But, the intense and stylish action has worked well to some extent with the audience and the boxoffice numbers also reflect the same.

'Eagle' released in theatres on February 9. Tamil film 'Lal Salaam' and Hindi film, 'Teri Baaton Mein Aisa Uljah Jiya' hit screens on the same day. AP Chief Minister YS Jagan's semi-biopic 'Yatra 2' also hits the screens a day before on 8th February. Among all these releases, Eagle became top priority for the audiences and it's action sequences made the crowd drawn into theatres during its first weekend.

Eagle First Three Days Collections

On February 9, 'Eagle' started its theatrical run with Rs 12 crore gross. It continued collecting Rs 8 Crores on its second day which is a second Saturday, a public holiday. On its first Sunday, (February 11), the film is said to have raked in approximately Rs 10 crore gross globally. The three-day collection of 'Eagle' now stands at 30+ crore gross worldwide.

Eagle' was supposed to release in theatres during Sankranti 2024. However, it was postponed due to other releases and upon the request of the Telugu Film Producers Council. Directed by cinematographer-turned-filmmaker Karthik Gattamneni, the film features Ravi Teja, Kavya Thapar and Anupama Parameswaran in lead roles. Navdeep, Madhoo, Srinivas Avasarala, Vinay Rai and Ajay Ghosh were seen in supporting roles.
