Rashmika Mandanna who shot to Pan India fame with Pushpa has once again got a big breakthrough with Ranbir Kapoor starrer Animal which became biggest blockbuster. Some reports and social media handles claimed that she has been charging Rs 4-5 crore per film after the success of her last release, Animal. Rashmika quashed the reports.
She replied, "Says who I wonder. After seeing all of this I think I should actually consider it, and if my producers ask why, then I’ll just say, ‘the media out there is saying this sir, and I think I should live up to their words. What do I do?’"
Sandeep Reddy Vanga directorial Animal received polarising reviews upon release. Still, the film made over Rs 900 crore at the ticket counter proving that critics and bad reviews won't effect of the film has content that gets connected to the audience. Besides Rashmika Mandanna, the film starred Ranbir Kapoor, Triptii Dimri, Bobby Deol and Anil Kapoor in pivotal roles.
Rashmika Mandanna is now looking forward to the release of Pushpa 2, which will release on August 15. She is also starring along with Dhanush in Sekhar Kammula's Film along with Historic Bollywood film Chhava with Vicky Kaushal. She is also doing Girlfriend in Telugu and Rainbow in Tamil, both of them are female oriented films.
