Dr Rajasekhar who was referred as an 'Angry Young Man' in 90's had a huge craze among youth and family audiences. His aggressive act in intense roles such as police and army man ha brought his the wide recognition as an intense power packed performer. His more than a three decade career comprises over eighty plus films. He was started as a small actor and then turned into doing negative roles.
His film Thalambralu co-starring his future wife Jeevitha was a turning point in his career. He won Nandi Award for best villain for that film.
