Shruti Haasan made her entry into films as the daughter of Iconic Kamal Haasan. She quickly became popular with her natural good looks and performances. During her course in film industry she explored herself as a multi talented personality with multiple talents. She carried the legacy of creativity from her parents Kamal Haasan and Sarika. Shruti since her childhood sang in many films and even did a role as child actor in her father's Directorial Hey Ram.
Shruti Haasan made her acting debut in 2009 with Bollywood film Luck but she shot to fame with Telugu films Oh My Friend and Ananaganaga O Dheerudu co-starring with Siddharth in both films and 7th Sense starring Suriya in 2011. She has been part of superhit films like Balupu, Race Gurram, Yevadu, Srimanthudu and made her top heroine. She also scored hits in Tamil with Vedalam and Singam 3. After a brief setback, Shruti is back on success track with Raviteja starrer Krack. Last year, two of Shruthi Haasan starters headlined by senior star heroes Megastar Chiranjeevi in Waltair Veerayya and Natasimha Nandamuri Balakrishna in Veera Simha Reddy became Superhits.
During the end of the year, Shruti Haasan scored another blockbuster with Rebel Star Prabhas starrer Salaar. Shruti is also a professional musician and singer. She crooned number of songs in films and also released a music video composed by her. She is also familiar in OTT world with many series to her credit especially in Amazon Prime.
