Bhagavanth Kesari Completes 100 Days Run In Theatres

NBK Scores Hattrick 100 Days Films

'Fans Has Only Emotions, No Logics', a popular movie dialogue is relatable to real life too. Running their favourite hero's films for 100 days and 175 days was a common practice during two decades ago. Later it came down to 50 days and running a film which turned out to be a blockbuster for 100 days has become a new norm now. But, some films are still being screened for 100 days and 365 days. Fans and even normal audience are familiar about such practices. But, still like earlier said, Fans has only emotions.

Natasimha Nandamuri Balakrishna's blockbuster Bhagavanth Kesari emerged as the best of the three films that were released in Telugu for this Dasara. Though Bhagavanth Kesari started slow, the impact of Balakrishna’s film stands for a long time, and the family audience embraced it for its appealing content.

Bhagavanth Kesari got great word of mouth because of its unique composition. Director Anil Ravipudi, coming out of his comfort zone of comedy and sticking purely to the story he picked. Also, a top star like Balakrishna accepting a film having equal importance to a main character is really gutsy and appreciable. When the efforts are genuine, the result sounds strong, and the same happened with Bhagavanth Kesari.

The film has not only garnered Rs 100 crores gross globally but also completed 100 days of theatrical run today, 26 January. The film has ran for 100 days with 4 shows in Chilakaluripeta, Ramakrishna theatre. Balayya's earlier two superhits, Akhanda and Veera Simha Reddy also completed 100 days in the same theatre.
