Chandrababu gets anticipatory bail in all cases.In a significant development providing respite for former Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu, the Andhra Pradesh High Court issued a ruling on Wednesday, granting him anticipatory bail in connection with three distinct cases.
The high court extended anticipatory bail to Naidu, presently serving as the Leader of the Opposition, pertaining to the Inner Ring Road (IRR) case, the excise policy case, and the sand mining case.
This recent decision follows a previous instance in November of the preceding year when the high court had granted bail to the Telugu Desam Party (TDP) chief in the skill development scam case.
Naidu had encountered legal scrutiny when the state Crime Investigation Department (CID) apprehended him in connection with the skill development case on September 9 of the same year. Subsequently, he was confined to Rajahmundry Central Jail from September 10 to October 31.
