Nandamuri Balakrishna who is on a roll with hat-trick Rs 100 crore grossers with Akhanda, Veera Simha Reddy and Bhagavanth Kesari is now participating in his next, NBK 109. The film is directed by Bobby Kolli who has delivered a blockbuster with Chiranjeevi's Waltair Veerayya. NBK 109 is said to be a never before character for Balakrishna with amnesia as one of his character trait in the film.
The film is currently undergoing it's shoot at Ooty since December first week. Bobby Deol is playing as antagonist while Urvashi Rautela is playing as one of the female leads and she will be seen as a police office rin the film. Malayalam star Dulquer Salmaan is also playing a key role in the film. Popular production house Sithara Entertainments is bank-rolling this project.
The film’s shoot was happening in Ooty. But it was wrapped up due to unforeseen weather conditions. Though, the initial plan was to stay there was for a couple of more days but due to the poor weather condition in Chennai, the team had to speed up the process and wrap up the shoot sooner. And now that everything has been done, they have returned to Hyderabad.
Details about the next schedule for NBK 109 is yet to be announced. Team has plans to go to Rajahmundry for the next schedule. But nothing has been finalized yet. Bobby Deol might also join there. The team is said to have a discussion in the next few days. NBK 109 is expected to release in April next year.
