TSRTC Lodged A Complaint Against Those In Bigg Boss 7 Violence

BB7 violence: TSRTC files complaint

TSRTC lodged a complaint against those in Big Boss 7 violence. TSRTC Managing Director, V. C. Sajjanar, strongly condemned the recent attack on six RTC buses and emphasized the serious nature of the incident. He revealed that a formal complaint has been filed with the police regarding the attack.

Sajjanar emphasized that assaulting RTC buses, which serve as a means of transportation for the public, is essentially an attack on society itself. He asserted that the management of TSRTC will not tolerate such incidents, highlighting that RTC buses are public property, and the organization bears the responsibility of safeguarding them.

The incident in question occurred outside Annapurna Studio in Hyderabad, where fans of Big Boss Telugu 7’s winner, Pallavi Prashanth, and runner-up, Amardeep Chowdary, engaged in vandalism. Following Prashanth's victory announcement, celebrations turned contentious between the fans of Prashanth and Amardeep, escalating into clashes and damage to property.

The unruly crowd damaged cars and targeted TSRTC buses, creating chaos in the Jubilee Hills area. The police intervened to control the situation, using lathi charge to disperse the rival groups. Amardeep and his family members were safely escorted away from the scene after their vehicle was surrounded and attacked by the agitated fans.

Apart from targeting the winner and runner-up, the fans also vandalized cars belonging to other contestants of the show. The Jubilee Hills Police have registered a case related to the violence, and efforts are underway to identify the culprits through CCTV footage and social media video clips.
