Animal Enters 800 Crore Club Worldwide

Animal Breaches 500 Cr Mark In India

Ranbir Kapoor and director Sandeep Vanga Reddy's 'Animal' is in its third week in theatres and still raking the moolah keeping cash registers ringing. In 17 days, the action drama surpassed Rs 500 crore in India. During the weekend, the film saw an incline in collection in theatres. The film earned nearly Rs 15 crore in India on Sunday, December 17. Ranbir's 'Animal' is having a phenomenal run in theatres ever since it released on December 1.

Ranbir Kapoor's 'Animal' breached the Rs 800-crore mark globally and is now marching towards the Rs 1,000 crore at the box office worldwide. The film received polarising reactions from the critics and audiences, but it looks like it is not affecting the performance.

'Animal' saw a huge jump at the box office during the weekend. On Sunday, December 17, the film is estimated to have earned nearly Rs 15 crore net in India. The film still has a week in theatres before Shah Rukh Khan's 'Dunki' and Prabhas' 'Salaar' take over.

The 17-day total collection now stands at Rs 512.94 crore in India. Animal collected close to 35 crores during its third weekend which is massive. Animal’ has been written and directed by Sandeep Reddy Vanga. Featuring Ranbir Kapoor in the lead, the film also starred Anil Kapoor, Bobby Deol, Rashmika Mandanna, Triptii Dimri, Shakti Kapoor, and Siddhanth Karnik amongst others.
