Salaar Is Done With Shoot For Two Parts

Interesting News About Salaar Part 2

Rebel Star Prabhas's "Salaar Part 1 : Ceasefire" is getting closer to its release on 22nd December. Though the film has hype and did record business with expectations riding on Prabhas and Prasanth Neel's combination, there is no buzz on the side of production house and movie team before release time. Some call it as a strategy while some are saying that makers don't want to build high expectations on the film. 

Whatever the reason might be, one thing is for sure "Salaar Part 1 Ceasefire" trailer didn't created much desired impact. It introduces the world of Salaar revealing the core point of the film, the friendship between Prabhas as Deva and Prithviraj Sukumaran as Varada. Salaar has completed censor and passed with 'A' certificate due to excessive violence in action sequences. The film is also having a lengthy run-time of 2 Hours 55 Minutes.

Though "Salaar" was started as a single film, makers surprised everyone by revealing that it will be released in two parts in its teaser. The first part is releasing on 22nd December and there is no official news regarding the release of second part. But, as per the grapevine Director Prasanth Neel has completed shooting two parts at a time. They have finished post production work for the first part and releasing it on 22nd December.

Coming to the second part, almost entire filming has been completed except for a couple of songs only. They are even weighing the idea of going without songs in the second part as well. Another interesting news being heard in the industry circles is that most of the Prabhas's scenes shot were for second part and he will be introduced in Part 1 only after 40 minutes into the film. There are also reports that after the release of first part on 22nd December, the release date of Part two, which might be just few months away, will be announced on January 1st.
