Animal blows all at the BO. The Sandeep Reddy Vanga-directed film, released in theaters on December 1, has etched its name in history by achieving the biggest opening for a non-holiday Hindi film.

Animal made a staggering ₹116 crore at the global box office on its first day. The makers shared these impressive numbers on X (formerly Twitter) on Saturday. According to a Sacnilk.com report, the film garnered approximately ₹66 crore nett in India on Saturday, bringing its two-day India total to ₹129.8 crore nett.

Ranbir Kapoor and Bobby Deol headline this revenge drama, which explores the toxic relationship between a father and son. Anil Kapoor portrays the emotionally distant father, while Ranbir Kapoor takes on the role of his wrathful son. The film promises an intense exploration of familial dynamics.

On Sunday, Ramesh Bala, using X (formerly Twitter), announced, "In just two days, Animal has soared to a remarkable ₹230 crore plus at the global box office 🔥." In a subsequent tweet, he divulged the film's noteworthy performance in North America, where the Ranbir Kapoor-starrer is rapidly approaching a $5 million gross.Bala tweeted, "Animal – $4.5 million (approximately ₹37.4 crore) and counting. Racing towards the next significant milestone of $5 million." Accompanying his tweet was Animal's poster showcasing its North America gross, emphasizing the film's impressive journey at the box office.
