Latest news is Comedy King Brahmanandam has wrapped up his 15-day shooting schedule for Kannappa, Directed by Mukesh Kumar Singh. Kannappa is about the tale of Bhakta Kannappa, a devoted follower of Lord Shiva, portrayed by Vishnu Manchu himself.

Dr. Mohan Babu is backing the film under 24 Frames Factory and AVA Entertainment banners. Kannappa's technical crew consists of Vishnu Manchu who has written the film, Sheldon Chau cranking the camera, Stephan Devassy and Mani Sharma composing music, and editing by Anthony Gonsalvez.
