The teaser unfolds against the backdrop of a desolate landscape, seemingly a sacred site, as a convoy of lorries majestically enters the scene. The anticipation builds as Vishal emerges from one of the lorries, stepping purposefully towards a solitary figure in a gesture laden with symbolism. The sequence climaxes with a dramatic moment, where Vishal confronts the man, resulting in a visually impactful decapitation, accentuated by the symbolic dripping of blood from the sword.
Produced by the dynamic collaboration of Karthik Subbaraj's Stone Bench Production and Kaarthekeyan Santhanam's Zee Studios, "Rathnam" signifies the third partnership between director Hari and the versatile actor Vishal.
