Mansoor ali khan to slap case on Chiru

Mansoor Ali Khan to slap case on Chiranjeevi. Mansoor Ali Khan, whose controversial comments about Chennai Thendral Trisha stirred up a storm, remains unyielding in the face of backlash. He recently declared his intent to take legal action against several celebrities, including Kushbu, Trisha, and Chiranjeevi, signaling a further escalation of the controversy. Khan announced, "Planning to file a defamation case against Kushbu, Trisha, Chiranjeevi tomorrow thru my lawyer Guru Dhanajeyan." He added, "I will file a Civil suit, Planned riot, 10 days disturbance over public peace with some proof and will file a case tomorrow."

This development comes after the National Commission for Women (NCW) directed the Tamil Nadu Police to register a case against Mansoor Ali Khan for his derogatory remarks. The NCW emphasized the need to invoke Section 509 B of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) and other relevant laws, condemning remarks that normalize violence against women.

Initially contemplating skipping the inquiry, Mansoor Ali Khan later sought anticipatory bail, which was rejected by the court citing errors. Despite claiming illness, he appeared before the Chennai police for questioning.

Amidst this legal turmoil, Khan faced severe criticism from prominent figures such as Chiranjeevi, Kushboo, and others. Trisha, the target of his offensive comments, responded with a strong statement expressing her anger and condemning the remarks as sexist, disrespectful, misogynistic, repulsive, and in bad taste.

In response to the uproar, Mansoor Ali Khan issued an apology to Trisha, which she accepted gracefully, though noting its cryptic nature. The actor had earlier made reprehensible remarks about Trisha, expressing inappropriate expectations during a film shoot.

Celebrities, including Mega Star Chiranjeevi, Khushboo, Chinmayi Sripada, Lokesh Kanagaraj, Nithiin, and more, unequivocally condemned Mansoor Ali Khan's comments. Chiranjeevi, in particular, expressed his strong disapproval, labeling the comments as distasteful, disgusting, and perversion, and declared his support for Trisha. Nithiin joined in condemning the vile statement, emphasizing the need to stand against such chauvinistic remarks targeting women. Khushboo strongly denounced Khan's speech, urging him to apologize to the named female actors and women in general for his misogynistic mindset. In the face of societal progress and women's empowerment, such derogatory remarks find no place and are vehemently rejected by the industry and its supporters.
