Ravi Teja's latest outing Tiger Nageswara Rao which is being made as a pan India film garnered praises for its portrayal of India's biggest thief. Ravi Teja's performance as Stuartupuram Nageswara Rao, a real life character impressed everyone. The film which released for Dussehra on 20th October has achieved decent success at the boxoffice due to tough competition.
Now, the film made its OTT debut. The film is now streaming on Amazon Prime Video in Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, and Malayalam languages. Its strong content is expected to work well in OTT. The film explores contrast perspectives about the life of Tiger Nageswara Rao who is a criminal in eyes of law and order while on the other hand he is a messiah of poor and down trodden. Excessive violence and rawness made it more intense. The runtime in OTT is 2 Hrs 44 Mins but the actual cut was over three hours. Later after its release considering the feedback, makers reduced the runtime.
Directed by Vamsi Krishna Akella, Tiger Nageswara Rao stars Ravi Teja, Anupam Kher, Renu Desai, Jisshu Sengupta, Murali Sharma, while Gayatri Bhardwaj and Nupur Sanon played as leading ladies. GV Prakash Kumar has composed the music while Abhishek Agarwal has bankrolled the project on a large scale.
