Salaar, the high voltage action thriller starring Prabhas in the lead role has been created a lot buzz since it's announcement. The movie directed by Prashant Neel was supposed to hit the screens on September 28th but is postponed indefinitely due to delay in CG work, say sources.
Meanwhile, the latest news is that reputed distribution cum production house Homebale Films will be releasing the film across Karnataka. Homebale Films is known for collaboration with some blockbusters like KGF series earlier.
The makers have it clear that the film will be hitting the screens on December 22nd itself by keeping a check to the postponement rumours. The first part titled Salaar Cease Fire will out as scheduled previously.
Along with Prabhas, Salaar also stars Malayalam actor Prithviraj Sukumaran and Jagapathi Babu in the antagonist roles. Shruti Haasan is playing female lead in the movie which will be out in two parts as announced by the makers. Hombale Films owned by Vijay Kiragandur is bankrolling this prestigious project and will have a pan-India release in two parts.
