Suriya Startling Revelation About Karthi

Suriya is jealous of his brother Karthi

Suriya is jealous of his brother Karthi. Suriya, the renowned actor, recently graced the event commemorating his brother Karthi's remarkable milestone of starring in his 25th film, 'Japan.'

The event, held in Chennai, not only celebrated Karthi's cinematic journey but also served as a promotional platform for his upcoming film, 'Japan,' directed by Rajumurgan, scheduled for release on November 10.

During this occasion, Suriya, in a light-hearted and candid moment, openly admitted to occasional pangs of jealousy when people express their preference for his younger brother over him. In his own words, "I get jealous of him whenever people tell me they like him more than me. People approach me in various places, like temples and airports, to express their admiration for him. Karthi could have easily done 50 films by now, but he has consistently invested the required time and effort into every project. This is precisely why we are now celebrating his 25th film. I am still in awe of how he can seamlessly transition between roles as diverse as 'Paruthiveeran' and 'Naan Mahan Alla,' effectively touching both extremes. Our journeys have clearly taken distinct paths.”

Suriya also expressed his genuine admiration for his brother's prudent career choices and shared exciting updates about his own upcoming film, 'Kanguva.' In conclusion, he extended his heartfelt wishes for the 'Japan' team, saying, "I am an ardent fan of director Raju Murugan’s work. 'Japan' has turned out splendidly. It marks Karthi's 25th film milestone, just as 'Singam' marked my own 25th film with great success. I wholeheartedly wish the 'Japan' team a resounding triumph.”
