Thalapathy Vijay's latest outing Leo is going great guns blazing at theatres. The film has reportedly crossed Rs 400 Crores at the box office and is on its way to emerge as highest grossing Tamil film. While the film is still running in theatres with good numbers, already the speculation about its OTT release came into discussion.
We are well aware that the makers struck a deal with Netflix to stream the film after four weeks of its release. It is due to this deal, several big multiplex chains who had a rule to play movies those have 8 week window between Theatrical and OTT release, opted out to play Leo in their theatres.
Meanwhile, as per their deal Netflix is bringing Leo to OTT space on November , 20th. Leo is made as a part of Lokesh Cinematic Universe. While the other two films in the LCU so far are Kaithi and Vikram. Though Leo is being planned by critics for story and second half. The hype and craze worked in favour of the film.
Leo is directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj while SS Lalith Kumar has produced it. Trisha played female lead while Sanjay Dutt, Arjun Sarja along with popular actors played key roles in the film. Anirudh Ravichander's music stands as main highlight in the film.
