He should be honest and completely devoted to the particular star he is working for as the financial matters will be in crores and it's about the career of the respective actor or actress.
Recently, Rashmika Mandanna fired her manager Kiran. The main reason behind this is said to be financial fraud. Her manager acquired money from production houses without her knowledge. Knowing this she let him go. Though they both issue official statements that they are parting ways like nothing happened, diverting money is the main reason behind this ousting.
It is also known that Samantha's long-time manager Mahendra Babu was also involved in financial irregularities. Mythri Movie Makers who recently made Kushi with Samantha warned her about discrepancies in money matters and alerted her. But, she didn't responded quickly as she was in Hyderabad. But, now as she is undergoing treatment for Myositis, she took a sabbatical from acting and so she found there is no need of Manager for her at the moment. She severed her ties with long time manager, Mahendra.
Following Samantha's decision, Vennela Kishore also removed the same manager of Samantha and himself. Mahendra has made films turning into producer, Balakrishnudu with Nara Rohith and Aa Ammayi Gurinchi Meeku Cheppali, which both turned out to be flops.
