Superstar Mahesh Babu is getting ready to show the power of Guntur Kaaram for the upcoming Pongal. This Trivikram directorial after facing many troubles, finally underwent its shoot at a brisk pace. Guntur Kaaram is the first and only film coming to Sankranthi at any cost. Other announced films might release for Pongal or not, But Guntur Kaaram will Sure shot Sankranthi release says makers.
Sree Leela is playing as the female lead while Meenakshi Chaudhary is seen in the second female lead. Earlier Pooja Hegde was the main lead and Sree Leela was the second lead. After Pooja Hegde's removal from the project, Sree Leela became the main heroine in the film.
The teaser and first look poster released garnered good buzz around the film. Now, the team is filming the climax scenes in a house set erected at Annapurna 7 Acres studio. Along with Mahesh Babu, Ramya Krishna, Prakash Raj, and Rao Ramesh are taking part in the shoot.
It is said that the film has a suspense element right from the beginning of the film and it will be revealed uniquely in the climax. Suryadevara Radhakrishna is bankrolling this project while Thaman is composing the music.
