Among these stars, Aishwarya Rajesh took everyone by surprise as she revealed her impressive sports background. She disclosed, "I used to be an athlete and have competed at the state level in running, javelin throw, and swimming events. Despite the demands of my acting career, I understand the importance of staying active in sports. I diligently follow a fitness regimen under the guidance of a coach." Chinnasamy clinched second place in the 85+ group for Javelin Throw. A distinguishing feature of these Championships is its open-age format, allowing men and women above the age of 30 to compete. This year, the event featured the oldest male athlete at over 95 years old, and the oldest female participant at over 80 years old, highlighting the inclusive and age-defying spirit of the competition.
