Chandramukhi 2 trailer released

Chandramukhi 2 theatrical trailer released. The highly anticipated theatrical trailer for "Chandramukhi 2," starring Kangana Ranaut and Raghava Lawrence, has been unveiled. In this upcoming film, Kangana takes on the iconic role of Chandramukhi, promising to do justice to the beloved character.

The trailer opens by revisiting the prequel's storyline and seamlessly transitions into the eerie world of Chandramukhi and her haunting presence in the village. It skillfully connects the past to the present while introducing Raghava Lawrence's character with undeniable charisma. Packed with a blend of comedy, intense action sequences, and unexpected plot twists, the trailer masterfully sets the stage for the movie's suspenseful narrative.

While Kangana's full-length appearance in the trailer is brief, she is convincingly established as the captivating court dancer Chandramukhi, once the king's favorite. The trailer evokes strong comparisons to "Bhool Bhulaiyaa" (2007) and the original Tamil film, "Chandramukhi," starring Rajinikanth. Tamil actor Vadivelu reprises his comical role in the sequel, delivering hilariously absurd questions like, "Do ghosts have extramarital affairs?" and "Why do ghosts walk in a certain way?" The clip concludes with glimpses of Chandramukhi and Vettiyan engaging in a thrilling sword fight, along with some captivating dance sequences, promising a complete entertainment package.

Kangana Ranaut, sharing the trailer on her Instagram account, wrote, "Here’s the trailer of #Chandramukhi2 Releasing on 28th September." Fans and viewers flooded the comments section with excitement, with one person stating, "Blockbuster loading," and another on YouTube adding, "Kangana Ranaut as Chandramukhi is a treat to watch."

Initially scheduled for a September 15 release, "Chandramukhi 2" was later postponed to September 28 due to technical delays. Directed by P Vasu and produced by Lyca Productions and Subaskaran, the film showcases Kangana's dedication as she diligently took dance classes to prepare for her role. Audiences can also look forward to her next project, "Tejas."
