Mark Antony Clears Censor Hurdles

Mark Antony Gets Censored

Mark Antony gets censored. Amidst initial confusion surrounding its release date due to a court-issued stay, the highly-anticipated film "Mark Antony" is set to hit theaters as planned on September 15. Directed by Adhik Ravichandran and featuring SJ Suryah in the leading role, the film has now received a U/A certificate.

Today, Vishal's esteemed production house, Vishal Film Factory, officially confirmed that "Mark Antony" has successfully passed censorship and obtained a U/A certificate. In a tweet, the production house emphatically stated, "#MarkAntony Censored with U/A. Releasing WORLDWIDE in Theatres from Sep 15 #MarkAntonyCensoredUA #MarkAntonyFromSep15 #WorldOfMarkAntony (sic)." This announcement definitively dispels any speculations about a delay in the film's release date.

Reports had circulated suggesting that Vishal had financial obligations to Lyca Productions, prompting the latter to seek a court-issued stay on the film's release. However, the film's producer, Vinod Kumar, swiftly refuted these claims, dismissing them as unfounded rumors.
