Kaala Bhairava as the son of Oscar Winning Music Director MM Keeravani, nephew of Ace Director SS Rajamouli has a music and film family background and he has grown up watching his father composing songs and family involving in making films. He has developed deep interest towards music since his childhood. He is one of the happening young talent in Tollywood at the moment.
Kaala Bhairava turned singer during his teens itself with Rajanna composed by MM Keeravani. He sang several songs before getting break with Baahubali 2 The Conclusion. His songs Dandaalayyaa, Oka Pranam earned him recognition. His songs from Tholiprema and Peniviti from Aravindha Sametha, Majili and Dear Comrade bring him fame and name.
He turned into Music Director with Mathu Vadalara starring his younger brother Sri Simha. Kaala Bhairava proved himself as a talented music director with his first film itself. He impressed everyone with his different sounding for the back ground music. Then, his second film, Colour Photo became a chartbuster with Tharagathi Gadhi song which is still ruling the playlists.
His sang Oscar Winning Naatu Naatu along with Rahul Sipligunj composed by MM Keeravani. Kaala Bhairava along with Rahul Sipligunj has performed the song live on Oscar Stage which is a very rare honour. With this he became popular among the global audience.
