Bar Liecenses OK...How about Bar girls too?

Andhra Pradesh State Government has come a long way. After filling the State Exchequer with highest ever revenue by a State in entire India through its Liquor Liecensing Policy, now Congress Government in the state has opened the liecensing policy for opening of Bars in every town.

Yes, State Government has formulated the new Bar Liecensing Policy for this year with all new guidelines in compliance with Excise Department by permitting for opening of new Bars in all the towns. Here are the first and basic guidelines:

1.    For towns or cities with a population of 3 Lakhs, 10 new Bars can be opened on the basis of one bar per every 30,000 population.

2.    For towns and cities with population between 3 to 7 Lakhs, for every 20,000 population one new Bar can be opened.

3.    For towns and cities with population above 7 lakhs, for every 12,000 population one new Bar can be opened.

4.    Irrespctive of the population figure, every 3 Star Hotel can open a new Bar.

5.    Population of this town or city would be based on 2001 census.

As per a media report, Vijayawada alone will get 35 new Bars which will increase strength of total Bars to around 70 in temple town. Well, as Bars and their services will be at your door step…now ‘Mandu Baabulu’ are asking, how about State Government even having a look at ‘Bar Girls’ and ‘Bar Dances.’
