JNTU conducts ECET-2010 smoothly

Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Hyderabad, on Friday conducted the Engineering Common Entrance Test for Diploma Holders ECET FDH 2010 across the state.

Releasing the T-2 question paper for the entrance test, ECET convener said the exam would be conducted from 10 a.m to 1 p.m.

The convener said 18,254 have registered for the test and 13,632 of them are boys.According to the convener, ECET is for Diploma (Polytechnic) and B Sc Mathematics graduates to join in various branches of Engineering B Tech through lateral entry.

Students can opt Civil,  Electrical, Mechanical (including Automobile, Packaging Technology, Printing Technology & Foot Ware Technology),  Computer Engineering (including Special Diploma) ,  Electronics and Communication, Instrumentation, Bio Technology, Pharmacy courses.
