Destructive 'Laila' to arrive tomorrow.

Never to get into confusion or carried away by the beautiful name of Laila. Laila in our context is not the laughing baby of SV Krishna Reddy who was seen in movies like Ugadi, Egire Paavuramaa and Shiva Putrudu. Laila in our context is a destructive cyclone that is to arrive tomorrow on the coast of Vizag.

Meteorological departments are worried that low pressure zone around 700 Kilometres away from Vizag coast is forming into an intense cyclone which may reach onto the coastal land by tomorrow morning. As Indian Meteorological Department has started to follow the western culture of naming the cyclones, here is the one they named as ‘Laila.’

So, Laila is to arrive tomorrow to beat the heat across the state but its destruction on coastal areas is worrying because already wave heights along the coast line have reached a maximum of 2 to 4 metres.
