Ayesha ready to fight Shoaib in Pak!

Farooq Hasan, a Pakistani lawyer was hired by Ayesha Siddiqui the alleged first wife of Shoaib Malik to file cases against the cricketer in Pakistani courts in order to create ruckus for marriage with Sania Mirza.

Farooq Hasan said that he would be filing cases against Shoaib Malik under Section 420 of the Pakistan Penal Code (for cheating) and Hudood Ordinance (for fornication). ‘These cases will be filed at an appropriate time only when Indian cases against Shoaib Malik fail to prevent the marriage scheduled for April 15. We will do everything to stop his marriage. Registration of the case itself means that Shoaib’s marriage with Sania will never happen unless the law declares earlier marriage as null and void,’ said Farooq Hasan to Pakistani Media indirectly implying that Shoaib Malik's plan to marry Sania Mirza on April 15 may not materialize.
