Visakhapatnam, Aug 14:
A trough of low pressure has formed over the northwest Bay of Bengal and adjoining west central bay, between Andhra and the Orissa coast.
The local weather office said, the low pressure had brought in widespread rainfall in many parts of Andhra Pradesh. Already port city of Visakhapatnam and abode of god Tirupathi have been experiencing heavy rainfall.
With the low pressure, the coastal Andhra—Visakhapatnam, East and West Godavari districts, Guntur, Vijayawada, Prakasam and Nellore will receive moderate to heavy rainfall in one or two days.
