Self-styled Godman Bala Sai Baba, 58, has passed away due to heart attack. He had suffered a severe cardiac arrest on Monday late night at his Ashram in Domalguda and he was rushed to a private hospital where he breathed his last. His untimely death has come as a shocker to his adherents.
Bala Sai Baba who hails from Kurnool had founded Central Trust that aims for the development of his home town. The trust runs a residential school, runs eye camps, medical camps, and distributes water, wheelchair and sewing machines to the needy. However, there were also some allegations against Bala Sai Baba.
Bala Sai Baba was born on January 14, 1960 as Sheshasayee Sharma in the family of a Keralite Palakkad Brahmin family. His father Ramanatha Shastri was an ayurvedic practitioner and his mother's name was Jayalakshmi Amma.
Since childhood, his family projected him as an avatar of Sathya Sai Baba and the family claimed that his birth was predicted by the great Sri Ramana Maharshi.
