Satyam auditor gets bail

 Srinivas Talluri, an auditor of the Price Waterhouse company and accused in the Satyam fraud case of conniving with its founder B Ramalinga Raju and others, was on Wednesday released on bail.The Supreme Court on Thursday granted bail to him, but his release was delayed as the Central Bureau of Investigation filed another case against him.

A three-Judge Bench comprising Justices K G Balakrishnan, J M Panchal and B S Chauhan granted him bail on a personal bond of Rs 20 lakh and two sureties each for a like sum.The court cleared his bail petition and he was released from Chanchalguda jail on Wednesday.While granting the bail, the bench directed him to appear before the CBI twice a month and not leave Hyderabad without informing the CBI.
