Hyderabad, Feb 8: A five-day massive exhibition, free Health Camp and diabetic camps are being organised as part of the 74th Shiva Avataran Mahotsavam begining Feb 10, to coincide with Mahashivrathri at Cantonment Grounds in Secunderabad.Being organised by West Maredpally Brahma Kumaris, the expo showcases 108 Shiva lingas and Dwadasa jyotirlingas, Amarnath Darshan, audio and visual shows, spiritual exhibitions and other cultural programmes including orchestra as part of the five-day programme which will culminate on Feb 14.
There is a three-day Rajyog Shivir beginning Feb 11 which also will dwell upon the intricasies of myths and realities of Hinduism, the identity of the self and the Paramatma, God.According to a press release issued by B.K Manju, the chief organiser of the Brahmakumaris at West Maredpally, the exhibition is free to all people irrespective of religion and caste. Special provision has been made for parking of vehicles at the Cantonment Ground, adjacent to Jubilee Bus stand.The Daily health check-up camp is organised on all the five days and the diabetes camp will be organised on Feb 14. between 7.am and 11 am.
