ACB officials nab medical officer

The Anti Corruption Bureau officials nabbed R Rammamurthy , District Medical Officer of Nizamabad on Friday. The officer was snapped while accepting a bribe of Rs 3,500 from a driver working in a health centre in Nizamabad district.

The driver P Gangaram offered the bribe in order to get his transfer orders cancelled. Gangaram received the transfer orders from the authorities in the last week of June asking him to report at Lingampet Primary Health Centre.
