Sambhavi not keen on going to school

Tirupathi, Jan 18: Seven-year-old child prodigy Sambhavi, who is said to have immense spiritual powers and knowledge of Buddhist meditation, on Monday asserted that she is under pressure by Government officials to go to school and it is within her right to decide whether to go to school or stay away from it.Talking to a group of media persons in the day, Sambhavi said she is interested to pursue studies by staying at the ashram on her own terms and not through threat or coercion.

A few officials have offered monetary benefits if she took up studies, she said and declined to take up studies under compulsion.Sambhavi has created sensation some time back by claiming that Tibetan spiritual leader the Dalai Lama was her friend and classmate in her previous birth. The Dalai Lama also came to meet her several times in the past. She believes that Tibet will get its freedom from the Chinese under the leadership of the Lama.
