State to get 13 lakh gas connections

Hyderabad, Jan 12: The state government will soon release 13 lakh LPG gas connections –3 lakh under Deepam scheme and 10 lakh under general quota.Arrangements are being made to release 3 lakh LPG connections for the beneficiaries under the Deepam scheme by March 2010 while 10 lakh connections would be given under general quota.Talking to media on Tuesday after holding a review meeting with the oil marketing company officials in this connection,
