Importance of Rakshabandan:-

Raksha Bandhan is the sacred festival that falls in the auspicious shravan month i.e,in the month of august every year. It is considered as the day to express the eternal love between brothers and sisters. The reason behind the celebration is- sister pray for the well being of brother and brother inturn promise the sister to be with her throughout her life and to accompany her in all situations of life to save her and look after her.

On the special Eve of Rakhi, brothers and sisters exchange gifts to express   love towards each other. Gifts may be in different form to express their affection.

This festival is celebrates worldwide. Sisters gives sweet after they tied the rakhi. Brothers promise them to protect and look after them.
