Conditional bail for Maddelacheruvu Suri

Hyderabad,Dec 24: A division bench of the Andhra Pradesh High Court on Thursday granted conditional bail to Maddelacheruvu Suryanarayana alias Suri, the prime accused in the murder of Telugu Desam MLA from Penukonda, Paritala Ravindra.The court granted bail to Suri after executing a bond of Rs one lakh and providing two sureties for the same amount.The judge directed him not to leave the court jurisdiction and appear before investigating officials as and when required.

The Central Bureau of Investigation has filed a charge-sheet against 13 accused for conspiracy, murder and other offences in connection with Paritala Ravindra murder case.Earlier,Suri had sought the bail for undergoing treatment at Nizam’s Institute of Medical Sciences as he was facing several health problems.However, the court turned down his plea to deliver its verdict by December-end.He is also an accused in the Jubilee Hills bomb blast case.
