Hyderabad will be capital of T-State

New Delhi,Dec 11:The process for the formation of the proposed Telangana State would continue, said Union Home Secretary GK Pillai here on Friday indicating that, “Hyderabad will be the Capital of the new Telangana state when it comes into existence.”Addressing media persons, Pillai expressed the view that the current conflict of the status of Hyderabad could be resolved through dialogue and unanimous resolution. He said that, “Everybody agrees that we can resolve problems only through dialogue and understanding of everybody's position.

The Home Minister has already stated that he is willing to talk to everybody and that the dialogues will continue.” Pillai also expressed the hope that once the formal process of formation of a new state begins in right earnest, the unrest in the state would die down.The logistics required to put in place a new state would take an estimated two years with building of separate departments for Revenue,Law and Order,transferring documents etc.The Central decision over the status of Hyderabad puts at rest all the speculation and tension building up over which side the Capital city will go after the new state is carved out.
