3 Adivasi activists attempt suicide

Khammam,Nov 23 (INN): Three activists of Adivasi Samshkema Parishad attempted suicide by dousing petrol on themselves before the district collector’s office here on Monday.The three were taken to the police station.
Earlier,the activists led by Adivasi Samshkema Parishad took out a massive protest rally demanding action against teachers who had got the jobs by producing fake caste certificates in the last DSC.

The rally went from pavilion ground to the collector’s office through Maury Centre,Bus stands Centre and ZP Centre.They also raised slogans against the government during the dharna.Adivasi Samshkema Parishad state secretary Sunnam Venkata Ramana demanded that the government sack those who had landed jobs with the help of fake ST certificates. Later, they submitted a memorandum to the collector.
