Arrest warrant against Chamundeswarinath

Vijayawada,Nov 9:The Vijayawada district sessions court on Monday issued arrest warrant against V Chamundeswarinath,former secretary of Andhra Cricket Association (ACA), who was facing allegations of sexual harassment of women.Disposing a petition, the court directed the police to arrest V Chamundeswarnath under Section 354 of Cr Pc and file chargesheet against him in the court.

It may be recalled that the Andhra Pradesh government had ordered probe into charges that the suspended secretary of ACA indulged in sexual exploitation of women cricketers.Earlier, the AP High Court directed the police against arresting Chamundeswarnath until he was chargesheeted.
