First Accident on PVNR Expressway

In the first accident on Pvnr Expressway, three postal department staff suffered injuries on Friday night. According to Humayun Nagar police, at about 7 pm, a mail vano of the postal department going on the RGI airport rammed into a lamppost shortly after getting on to hte expressway at Mehedipatnam. "Less than a minute after getting on to the expressway, the driver lost control over the van.

The vehicle went to the road divider and rammed into the third lamppost,"Humayun Ngar inspector N Chandrasekhar said. Three postal department staff including the van driver suffered injuries in the accident. According to the police all the injured are out of danger. "The driver suddenly felt giddy and in a split second the van rammed in to the post," the inspector said.
