Chadalavada Srinivasa Rao was elected as Treasurer. Mohan Vadlapatla from the Mana Panel and Damodara Prasad from the Progressive Panel were elected as Vice Presidents. As Joint Secretaries, Ammi Raju and Thummalapalli Rama Satyanarayana from the Mana Panel won the elections. &nbsp;Nine powerful country-made bombs were unearthed during a police raid at Chinadandluru in Erraguntla mandalum in Kadapa district on Saturday. The police said that the country-made bombs were stored near a farmland.
The police arrested nine Telugu Desam and Congress party workers in this connection. They also recovered sickles and other lethal weapons from them. The police have intensified combing operations after they found bombs in the area.

&nbsp;Minister for Home Smt P Sabita Indra Reddy on Saturday stated that the government will appoint more number of women in all ranks from constable level to IPS officers to deal with crimes committed against women.
She gave this assurance to a BJP delegation, which submitted a memorandum to her over security to women as acid attacks and crime against women were on the rise in the state.Sabita said that an all-party meeting would be convened to discuss issues pertaining to women&rsquo;s safety and security.
The BJP delegation demanded setting up of exclusive crime against women and children desk in each police station, increase the number of beat constables on sensitive roads, women police officers in mobile police vans and setting up of more fast track and family courts to solve long-pending problems.
The delegation also demanded that the government make public the Action Taken Report on a 30-point Advisory sent by the Union Home Ministry to improve security and to build confidence among women.

But Nihas regained his composure and once he dealt with the main story, the narration turns interesting. But there are many scenes and characters that looked forced and out of sync to the story.While the first half after the initial confusion, turns interesting in the run up to the interval and brings an end setting to the exciting second half, the second half sinks even further. There are many unnecessary characters and the flat narration and uninspiring execution played the spoil sport. The flashback episodes undoes all the good intentions. Everything ended up irritating and testing the patience of the viewers.The music and background tuned by Jakes Bejoy turned out to be a disappointing affair. In this film, the age gap is reduced to just around 13 years unlike in Vishwanath &amp; Sons where it was more than 20 years.Right from the start till the finish, Girish AD included many scenes and hilarious elements to bring smiles and create a laughing riot in the theatres. The first half sails through smoothly with racy screenplay and sets the stage for the second half. However the second half falls apart with slow narration. He tried to continue in the same vein in the second half but he over did the comedy scenes and made viewers feel that the story is heading nowhere.There are many predictable elements in the second half and once the director's intention is known in the first half, viewers get disconnected . The dragged pre climax and the simple romance diluted the emotional blocks. To the top of it, the climax turned predictable.The music of Vishnu Vijay is beautiful. The songs are well shot and are situational. The songs added value to the narration. His background music elevated the scenes to the next level taking humour to the next level. The story has many threads but none of them are answered in a convincing manner and few of them despite the lengthy runtime left unanswered and the screenplay turned ridiculous to the core. The direction turned out to be a huge disappointment. The script turned out to be lackluster. He gets a shock of his life involving his daughter. He slipped into the role effortlessly. Not only did he show his heroism, but he also surprised all, captivating all with emotional scenes. He delivered dialogues and emoting in a powerful manner to elevate the scenes to the next level. He made a powerful impact on the screen and connected chords with the viewers. He came up with a subtle performance, balancing emotions and also the heroism which he is known for, and endeared himself as Mass Maha Raja.Priya Bhavani Shankar is apt in the role of his wife. She got a very limited role and did justice to it with her performance. Baby Nakshatra, who played the role of the daughter, came up with a terrific performance. Her performance stood out in the film. Sai Kumar is good in his role, and he brought up his experience and made a good impression.Swasika Vijay and Ramesh Indira did what was required of them, and Ajay Ghosh is ok in his role. Shiva Nirvana came up with a story to connect chords with the viewers with father-daughter sentiment, raising of children, and blended well with the commercial and devotional elements. The first half sails off smoothly with the typical introduction of the protagonist in a commercial mass manner and carries it in the same manner. However, in between, he loses steam, but still, the first half ends on a decent note, setting the tone for the second half.He continues in the same manner in the second half but adds a few more intense emotional elements. A couple of twists generate interest, surprising all. The twists come as a surprise in a rather predictable story, and the flat narration, especially in the second half. However, once the twists are unraveled, there is nothing much in the story to take it forward. The climax ends on an emotional note.GV. Prakash Kumar elevated the scenes with his background music. His background score added impact to the emotional scenes. His music and tunes for the songs already became the chartbusters. The song placement, however, could have been better.Vishnu Sharma, with his cinematography, turned the scenes into visually appealing manner. He showed the scenes in a natural and realistic way. Prawin Pudi's editing is ok and could have been better in the second half. A few repetitive scenes in the second half slowed the pace of the narration. One gets a feeling that he drew inspiration from the hit film Balagam. The narration in the first half flows in a neat and decent manner and sets the stage for the second half. The repetitive scenes in the second half diluted the intensity levels of the first half. However, the pre-climax and climax scenes bring the interest levels back. The screenplay turned out to be decent, and the direction is to the point.The music for Pawan CH is attractive and appealing. The songs are situational and are shot well. While one song is emotional, the other two songs are foot-tapping. His background music is in sync with the story. Vinod Bangari's cinematography is quite good. He showed the rural atmosphere in Telangana in a natural and realistic manner. Srujan Adusumilli's editing could have been far better as there are many repetitive scenes that dragged the pace of the narration. Dialogues are natural and hard-hitting. He tried to send a message to society in an entertaining manner but fails to connect chords with the viewers completely as the conflict point turns out to be weak.Uday Chauhan chose a simple point and tried to drive home an important message on how technology impacting the lives of people and children neglecting their parents in the old age. He takes the viewers into the story at the start itself but from then on failed to drive home the point in a convincing manner. The Ravi , Swetha love track and the father-daughter marriage episodes ends up testing the patience of the viewers.The court drama and the land dispute in the second half is shown in an illogical and silly manner. The point as to why son is hating his father is not shown in an elaborate manner and the father son bonding is not elevated properly except in the climax.A more racy screenplay, more intense and entertaining script would have added value to the narration. Considering all these aspects Cinejosh goes with a 1.75 rating for Pallaburusu.

The film marked the debut of Vishal as the director. Vishal tried to entertain masses with commercial elements revolving around the import of Chinese auto parts. However, Vishal included more family drama, action elements instead of highlighting the main topic.All the scenes right from the first scene turned routine, monotonous and predictable. Many expected things to change after Vishal who was seen as a honest and innocent medical representive gets trageted. But nothing of that sorts happen and the entry of other Vishal character is expected to change the proceedings at least in the second half. However, the narration nosedives in the second half to a new low. The scenes featuring Vishal, Dushara Vijayan lack the emotional connect and looks mundane and the so called comedy with Thambi Ramaiah doesn't work.Things doesn't change in the second half and the so called flashback episode which is expected to take the film to next level is dragged to the core testing the patience of the viewers. The chemistry between Vishal and Anjali looked odd on screen and to the irritation of viewers, the pre climax and climax is dragged to the next level leaving people wonder when the film will end. The climax fight looked silly and illogical leaving all shocked. The story is outdated and screenplay and direction didnot inspire any confidence.GV. Prakash Kumar's music offered nothing new. The tunes turned below average. His background music fared no better. At times it turned out to be loud. The cinematography of Richard M Nathan is just average. Dialogues are pretty ordinary. How these characters influence the lives of the youngsters and where their choices eventually lead forms the rest of the story. Artists ReviewAnush Thorat performed well as an innocent boy whose life changes completely following the turn of events. He showed good expressions and emotions and endeared to all with his performance. In order to connect chords with both these divergent sections, he loaded the first half with youthful elements and the second half with emotional elements trying to drive home the message.Though there are many bold scenes and dialogues in the first half, it connects chords with the youngsters as it was shown in an entertaining manner loaded with humorous elements. The interval block sets the stage for the second half. While the screenplay is racy and narration is quite fast paced in the first half, the second half narration slides down with monotonous elements. The preachy dialogues and repetitive scenes put off viewers. Finally the movie ends in a predictable manner.The music of Charan Arjun is good. The title song already became a chartbuster and it is choreographed in a good way on the screen. His background music is in sync with the story. Marthand K Venkatesh's editing is quite good in the first half. The pace in the second half dips due to repetitive scenes and intense emotions. He could have done away with the repetitive scenes. The cinematography of Rudra Sai is good. He showed the rural village atmosphere in a natural and rustic manner. Dialogues connect to youth in the first half and in the second half they become preachy and may put off a few of them. When everyone expected a more entertaining second half, he turned preachy with monotonous elements and this slowed the pace of the narration and impacted the final output. The overdoing of bold scenes involving minors with just a statutory warning that it is a crime under POCSO act will put off right thinking people. Many will be under the impression that the makers included these scenes to attract genex viewers and then wash off their hands with a message in the climax. A little finetuning of the script, and attention to the second half would have added more power to the final output. Considering all these elements, Cinejosh goes with a 1.5 rating for Husharu Pittalu.

Hyderabad, Sept 25:
Good news for the ayacut farmers of the Nagarjuna Sagar dam. Water for irrigation will be let out from the dam from October 15. The Minister for Major Irrigation, Mr Ponnala Lakshmaiah, said here on Saturday that 170 TMC ft of water will be released to both the Right and Left canals of the Nagarjuna Sagar dam from October 15. “This will irrigate 12.33 lakh acres in Rabi, both wet and dry,” the Minister said adding that the standing crop also will be saved.
The Minister stated that irrigation water will also be released for the standing cotton crop under Devadula project limits. “We are committed to save the crop and get bumper yield this season, he observed.
