Rigorous punishment for acid attackers

Hyderabad, Sept 25 :

Two separate ordinances will be promulgated soon for at least three years rigorous punishment for those who indulge in Acid attacks. The Home Minister, Mrs Sabitha Indra Reddy, told media persons here on Friday that the move to bring in the ordinances is part of the measures to impose rigorous punishment for such elements. “No one who indulges in such heinous acts should go scot free and should meet with the suitable punishment. 

The ordinances will ensure at least three years punishment for such persons,” she explained. The Home Minister said that all the necessary assistance is being give to the girls who fell victim to the Acid attacks.
