&nbsp;The Government on Monday clarified that the reports appeared in a section of the media stating that 20 per cent of power has been allowed to be sold as merchant power by 4 power IPPs is factually incorrect. The report that this stand is a reversal of the stand taken by the deceased Chief Minister Dr Y S Rajasekhara Reddy is also baseless and incorrect.
&nbsp;The Chief Minister, Mr K Rosaiah, has examined these issues with the energy department officials. It is hereby clarified that the Power Purchase Agreements with the 4 Power Projects, namely, Vemagiri, Konaseema, Gautami and GVK Extension were amended with the full approval of the Government of Andhra Pradesh in 2008. These were submitted to the APERC for approval and are under hearing by the APERC.
&nbsp;The clarification being issued now is merely and simply a reiteration of what has already been decided by the Government in 2008. It is also clarified that no decision taken in the past has been amended in any manner whatsoever. The decision of the Government ensures and protects public interest in the long run.

More than the&nbsp; common man it is&nbsp; the business community and&nbsp; the industrialists,&nbsp; both&nbsp; from&nbsp; within the State and at the national level, who are closely monitoring the day-to-day developments in Andhra Pradesh and are influencing the Congress High Command&rsquo;s decision on the successor of&nbsp; Dr Y S Rajasekhara Reddy,&nbsp; who&nbsp; died in a chopper crash&nbsp; on September 2.
Undoubtedly,&nbsp; YSR was a&nbsp; man of&nbsp; the masses. But&nbsp; he had good dealings&nbsp; with&nbsp; many industrialists, businessmen and realtors. Real estate and infrastructure are the&nbsp; key areas where political support plays&nbsp; a major role in Andhra Pradesh.
The fate of the projects which they were handling in the state now&nbsp; hang&nbsp; in a balance. Going by the statistics&nbsp; all the major industrialists in the&nbsp; country, from the Ambanis (who have gas and pipeline interests in the Krishna-Godavari basin) down to medium and large realtors, have&nbsp; committed&nbsp; to invest in the state following YSR's re-election in May, 2009. The industrialists have invested&nbsp; thousands of crores&nbsp; and a major&nbsp; change in the&nbsp; leadership in the&nbsp; state&nbsp; may upset the calculations of these&nbsp; business barons.

According to the original proposal&nbsp; the&nbsp; land&nbsp; required was only 9,700 acres&nbsp; but&nbsp; the plan was revised&nbsp; to&nbsp; grant 28,000 acres. Both these&nbsp; projects&nbsp; are at the initial stages. Same is the case with the Obulapuram Mining&nbsp; Company(OMC). The&nbsp; company&nbsp; sought for&nbsp; the&nbsp; allotment of 10,000 acres of land but the YSR regime had alienated 10,700. Apart&nbsp; from it,&nbsp; YSR&nbsp; himself&nbsp; recommended to the Centre&nbsp; to sanction a loan of Rs 10, 000 crore&nbsp; to Mr Gali Janardhan Reddy, the&nbsp; owner of&nbsp; OMC, and Cabinet Minister in the neighbouring Karnataka State.

He tried to send a message to society in an entertaining manner but fails to connect chords with the viewers completely as the conflict point turns out to be weak.Uday Chauhan chose a simple point and tried to drive home an important message on how technology impacting the lives of people and children neglecting their parents in the old age. He takes the viewers into the story at the start itself but from then on failed to drive home the point in a convincing manner. The Ravi , Swetha love track and the father-daughter marriage episodes ends up testing the patience of the viewers.The court drama and the land dispute in the second half is shown in an illogical and silly manner. The point as to why son is hating his father is not shown in an elaborate manner and the father son bonding is not elevated properly except in the climax.A more racy screenplay, more intense and entertaining script would have added value to the narration. Many expected things to change after Vishal who was seen as a honest and innocent medical representive gets trageted. But nothing of that sorts happen and the entry of other Vishal character is expected to change the proceedings at least in the second half. However, the narration nosedives in the second half to a new low. The scenes featuring Vishal, Dushara Vijayan lack the emotional connect and looks mundane and the so called comedy with Thambi Ramaiah doesn't work.Things doesn't change in the second half and the so called flashback episode which is expected to take the film to next level is dragged to the core testing the patience of the viewers. The chemistry between Vishal and Anjali looked odd on screen and to the irritation of viewers, the pre climax and climax is dragged to the next level leaving people wonder when the film will end. The climax fight looked silly and illogical leaving all shocked. The story is outdated and screenplay and direction didnot inspire any confidence.GV. Prakash Kumar's music offered nothing new. In order to connect chords with both these divergent sections, he loaded the first half with youthful elements and the second half with emotional elements trying to drive home the message.Though there are many bold scenes and dialogues in the first half, it connects chords with the youngsters as it was shown in an entertaining manner loaded with humorous elements. The interval block sets the stage for the second half. While the screenplay is racy and narration is quite fast paced in the first half, the second half narration slides down with monotonous elements. The preachy dialogues and repetitive scenes put off viewers. Finally the movie ends in a predictable manner.The music of Charan Arjun is good. The title song already became a chartbuster and it is choreographed in a good way on the screen. His background music is in sync with the story. The first half narration is decent and the screenplay is intact and racy keeping the interest levels of the viewers quite high setting the tone for the second half.However, MS.Raju loses plot in the second half with convenient screenplay. Instead of the protagonist unraveling the mystery of Agadha, other characters reveal everything to her, leaving nothing for her to do, thus diluting the over all impact. To the top of it, repetitive scenes impacted the flow of the narration. However, he generates interest in the runup to the climax before ending it in a decent manner.Nani Chamidisetty with his cinematography created the desired impact. He showed the scenes in an impactful manner using the color combinations and camera angles perfectly. The VFX and Graphics are of good quality. They could have however taken more care regarding the graphics. Art department could have done a better job as artificiality crept in the sets. The music of &nbsp;Rakesh Venkatapuram is good. The first half ends on a decent note with the cat and mouse game between the cops and the rebels. The second half continues in the same way with the introduction of new characters and the pre climax connects chords with all with the film finally ending on a predictable note. The predictability in the story, illogical scenes and few boring elements undid all the hard work.The cinematography of Mukesh is good. He showed the period look in the story in a appealing and relatable manner. Anirudh Ravichander's tunes for the songs are just ok. The songs had a montage touch.
