Ktr escapes from major accident. BRS working president K T Rama Rao narrowly avoided a major accident on Thursday, November 9, during the party's election rally in Armoor, Nizamabad district. A viral video captured the dramatic moment when the railing of the open-top vehicle carrying Ktr and his party's cadre gave way after an abrupt brake by the driver.
The video showed the Minister and other leaders huddled up on a small platform erected over the bus holding on to the railing as the vehicle made its way through the narrow alley

Men in white T-shirts and camouflage trousers ran with the bus on either side, holding a rope. A security man was seen clearing the rowd in the front. At this point, the driver slammed the brakes and the leaders tumbled over as seen in the video.
Ktr was saved by an alert securityman, but his fellow leaders were not so lucky. They suffered minor bruises. He emerged unharmed from the incident. Despite the close call, the party announced his continued engagement, mentioning his scheduled roadshow in Kodangal.On the same day, Ktr officially submitted his nomination for the Sircilla Assembly Constituency. This stronghold for the BRS will witness a triangular contest in the upcoming polls on November 30, featuring Ktr, Congress' Kondam Karuna Mahender Reddy, and Bharatiya Janata Party's (BJP) Mallugari Narsa Goud.
