Rajasekhar and his wife, Jeevitha, were sentenced to one year jail by a Nampally court for their derogatory comments about Chiranjeevi and blood bank. When they made irresponsible and rude comments about Chiranjeevi Blood Bank, some of the mega fans attacked their car and they even filed a case about the attack. Later they also said that they doesn't have any issues with Chiranjeevi.

However In 2011, they alleged that there were irregularities in the way the Chiranjeevi Blood Bank was being run and the blood was being sold in the black market. Chiranjeevi's brother-in-law, Allu Aravind, filed a defamation case against them and the verdict is finally out now.

A defamation case has been filed against Rajasekhar and Jeevitha for making crude comments about charity programs conducted by Chiranjeevi. Along with the complaint, the video of their comments and paper clippings have been submitted to the court. Nampally court gave its verdict in th case.

On July 18, the Nampally chief magistrate sentenced Jeevitha and Rajasekhar to a one-year jail term and fined them Rs 5 lakh for their defamatory remarks. They have obtained bail and can appeal in a higher court now.
