Dil Raju Steps Out From The Distribution Of Adipurush

Pan India mythological spectacle Adipurush starring Prabhas and Kriti Sanon as Lord Ram - Sita is gearing up for its release on June 16th. As the film's release date is getting nearer the makers have increased promotions and are doing a wide range of activities to build the buzz. Songs and the latest trailer worked in favor of the film and created positivity about the film. It is known that Dil Raju was supposed to release Adipurush in Nizam and Uttarandhra regions. But, now he backed out of the project.

The film was initially set to release in Telugu under Prabhas's home banner UV Creations. As UV and Dil Raju share healthy relations, all of their films were released by Dil Raju, and Adipurush too stayed with him. But, recently People Media Factory entered the scene and bought wholesale Telugu rights of Adipurush for a hefty price. So, now the business of Adipurush has moved from the UV Creations office to People Media Factory's office. 

Reportedly, People Media Factory quoted 60 Crs for Nizam and 22 Crs for Uttarandhra area. Dil Raju felt that these figures might not work and decided to let go of the distribution of Adipurush. Now he is no more related to the project. While many are whispering that Dil Raju is doubtful about Adipurush making such numbers at the box office, he backed out. Some are saying that as he incurred heavy losses for his production, Shaakuntalam is not ready to invest big at the moment.

Adipurush's pre-release event is going to happen today at Tirupati as a grand affair. A huge Ayodhya set has been erected and Shri Chinna Jeeyar Swamy is gracing the event as the chief guest making it more divine. The team has requested to leave a seat in every theatre playing Adipurush in the name of lord Hanuman. This decision has been receiving praise from the audience.
