Keerthy Suresh Is Busy But Not In Tollywood

Keerthy Suresh who got good recognition with Nenu Sailaja, her debut film in Telugu has further earned fame with a Telugu dubbed version of Remo. But, Mahanati has taken her to a whole new level. The film gave her name, fame, awards, and stardom. But, Keerthy failed to cash in on the huge image she earned with Mahanati. Though she did many female-oriented films after Mahanati, none worked out. 

She got a big offer alongside Mahesh Babu in Sarkaru Vaari Paata. She tried to send signals that she is game for a glamour show and do big star commercial potboilers with that film. But, no notable films can her way. She got cast in Dasara after her intense performance in the Tamil film Saani Kaayidham. Her appearance and deglamorized role in Dasara resemble her makeover from Saani Kaayidham.

Dasara Keerthy scored a blockbuster and wins accolades for her flawless performance. She got many offers from Kollywood. She has only one Telugu film in her kitty and that is Bholaa Shankar where she plays the role of a sister to Megastar Chiranjeevi. But, she is doing five films in Tamil, Maamannan with Udhayanidhi Stalin, Siren with Jayam Ravi, Revolver Rita, and Raghu Thatha. Along with these, she is also doing some Malayalam films.

Many are saying that the reason behind Keerthy Suresh not getting many offers in Telugu despite scoring superhits is Sreeleela. This young actress shot to fame with Dhamaka has become the primary choice for stars and directors. Her good looks and ability to dance and glamour show play a key role in getting offers.
