Courts Have Suddenly Become Corrupt For Them

CBI trying to arrest MP Avinash Reddy in the YS Vivekananda Murder case has been nothing short of a thriller. The case is taking a new turn every day. It has become a day-to-day norm for some tv channels and media to create a hullabaloo with statements like that Avinash Reddy will be arrested today and CBI is on their way to take Avinash into custody. But, nothing of that sort has happened as the inquiry and CBI investigation are going on as per judicial norms.

On the other side, Avinash too is trying not to get arrested by CBI and is using all his ways to keep them at bay. Telangana High Court directed the CBI to not arrest Avinash till Wednesday. Lawyers of Avinash and Viveka's daughter Sunitha submitted their arguments before the court on Friday. CBI too provided its side of the arguments in the court on Saturday. The High Court has strongly questioned the CBI in this regard.

Did you hand over Avinash's phone during the investigation

The High Court said it seems the CBI investigation is suspicious.

On the other hand, until now TDP's favorable channel ABN has spoken and shown the highest regard about the judiciary system and court, with the latest remarks of The High Court against CBI doesn't go well with them. On the latest ABN The Debate with Venkata Krishna program they made serious allegations about courts and judges that they have been taking money and passing judgments.

Seeing this many are saying that if the court's judgment comes in favor of them then the judiciary system is perfect otherwise it is corrupt. This is what they try to project to protect their political interests, observers said. This is aided by bringing Firmer Judge Ramakrishna, BJP Leader Wilson, and MP Raghu Rama Krishnam Raju to the show.
